Can a real estate broker receive a better price for his client?

If the realtor operates according to the "individual representation method", the common practice in the US and in-Isra-Asset, so the answer is yes.

As : if the realtor represents the seller exclusively – he will achieve for him the higher price possible, thanks to the fact that he's reaching (relatively fast) as many relevant buyers as possible, then he can make an auction between the interested buyers which will enable him to raise the price.

And-if the realtor represents a buyer which is looking to buy an asset – he will be able to achieve for him a minimal price, thanks to the fact that he will present to the buyer as many assets as possible which can fit his desires and abilities, and thanks to the large supply and the bargaining force that the broker has in front of an asset owner or representative of the property owner
